For Zift customers using both PRM/CMM with SSO crossover, login metrics may not appear with the same count. Zift PRM uses authenticated sessions that count multiple close-in-time sessions as one log in. Zift CMM uses API calls that use a different counting method. As a result, sometimes there is a discrepancy in the metrics.
