As a supplier, you provide content to your partners to build, mix, and promote business engagement and conversation. Collateral Programs are intended to support and facilitate the promotion of a company, product, or service. File downloads, campaign resources and static library resources can be packaged into a Collateral Program.
Collateral Programs content is used by your partners and is found under the Content tab in ZiftMarcom. Partners can preview, download, and customize content available in Zift123. All content may not be available to all partners. Suppliers determine what content is available to partners when creating content. Not all content is available for preview or customization. Collateral Programs can be tagged to allow partners to sort through and find relevant programs for their needs.
Tagging your content provides a way to categorize content and perform bulk operations. When changes are made to tags, assets will be updated to reflect the changes. Learn more.
Separate from tagging individual Collateral Programs for easy sorting for partners, you can set rules for your Collateral Programs. Navigate to Collateral > Collateral Program > Rules, and use the system-wide tags you have for your content to automatically pull in assets based on those tags. Using Collateral Rules makes your content dynamic and will automatically pull in future assets if they have the tags you have set on your rule. Learn more.
How to Add Tags to Collateral Programs
Follow these steps to use tags to categorize your content and Collateral Programs.
- From Content > Collateral Programs, select a specific Collateral Program.
- Select Edit Details to update the tags.
- Scroll down, select the tags for this program.
- Select Save to save your changes to the program.
- In Zift123, you will see the tags associated with the program and can search by these tags to locate data.
