Marketing Development Funds (MDF) are sometimes granted to partners by suppliers to drive sales and develop new business. The partner might use the funds to pay for meals, entertainment, social outings, sports outings, team meetings, and conferences. These engagements allow partners to interact with their customers. 

Partners create claims or request pre-approval for the MDF funds. While the Funding Summary shows the details, being able to export the information allows partners to keep track of transactions outside of ZiftMarcom. Partners can use the exported .csv file to import the data into another system.

How to Export Transaction Data

1. Navigate to Funding > Transactions > Export.
2. Filter if necessary by Waiting for Info from Partner, In Review, Pending Proof, etc.
3. The results will display on the screen as shown below. The report data includes name, partner, type, status date, status, and amount.
